Rural plot of land, situated near the village of Pousos in the municipality of Torres Novas, with two access points on different unpaved roads that are not particularly rough. The land previously contained a vineyard planted with various grape varieties, which is no longer in use; it features a pine forest, around 50 olive trees, several plum trees, 8 fig trees (pingo mel), 3 walnut trees and almond trees. It has a fully stone-lined well for collecting rainwater, with water and electricity very close by
